MPRI - Michigan Prisoner Re-entry Initiative
Mission Statement:
MPRI works with returning citizens to foster family reunification and strengthen communities.
MPRI involves the use of programming targeted at promoting the
effective reintegration of ex-offenders back into community upon
release from prison and jail. MPRI involves a comprehensive case
management approach, a seamless plan of service, support and supervision,
which is intended to assist returning citizens in acquiring the
life skills needed to become law-abiding citizens and succeed in
the community. A variety of services are used to assist returning
citizens in the reentry process, including prerelease programs,
drug rehabilitation and vocational training, and work programs.

Assisting in Maintaining housing stability
